Casseroles

There is something heartwarming about serving a casserole for supper. It always brings back memories of a home-cooked meal at my mama’s table with all the family gathered around. The beauty of serving casseroles is that while they taste like they have taken a long time to prepare, they are really one of the simplest meals to throw together. Usually casseroles contain everything needed for a meal except for bread—and a dessert if you really want to go over the top.
